Think for a moment, who has helped you before? Maybe your parents who were always there, a friend who helped you in difficult times, or even a stranger who gave unexpected assistance. What have you done to appreciate their kindness?
Expressing Gratitude Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever is not grateful to the people, he is not grateful to Allah.”

Want a simple way to boost your happiness? Connect with others by thanking the important people in your life. When you express gratitude, it's a win-win situation; the person receiving it feels appreciated, and you feel happier, too.
Praying for Allah to Reward Their Kindness Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever receives a favor and says to the person, 'Jazakallahu khairan' (which means: May Allah give you a good reward), has truly expressed perfect gratitude.”
Membalas Kebaikannya Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever receives kindness from someone should repay it. If he cannot find anything to repay with, let him praise that person, for if he praises him, he has shown gratitude to him. But if he conceals it, then he has denied his kindness.”
