Allah always hears the prayers of all His servants, whenever and wherever they may be. However, here are certain times that Allah has made special moments when servants are closer to Him, times that Allah has designated as special gateways to answered prayers.
When Are Prayers More Easily Answered?

There is nothing more beloved to Allah than du'a (prayer).

During Prostration (Sujud) Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: “The closest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is in prostration (sujud), so pray a lot during it.”
The Last Third of the Night Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: “Every night, during the last third of the night, our Lord descends to the lowest heaven and says: 'Who is calling upon Me that I may answer him? Who is asking of Me that I may give to him? Who is seeking My forgiveness that I may forgive him?”
Between the Adhan and Iqamah Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: “Prayers made between the Adhan and Iqamah are not rejected.”
Those Who Are Oppressed, Travelers, and ParentsRasulullah (ﷺ) said: “There are three prayers that will undoubtedly be answered. They are the prayer of the oppressed, the prayer of the traveler, and the prayer of a parent for their child.”
When Breaking the Fast (Iftar)Rasulullah (ﷺ) said: “Verily, for the one who fasts, there is at the moment of breaking fast a supplication that shall not be rejected.”
After Obligatory Prayers (Salah)Narrated by Abu Umamah: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked: "O Messenger of Allah, which prayer is most likely to be answered?" He said: "(The prayer made) during the last third of the night and after the obligatory prayers."
The Special Hour on Friday The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "On Friday, there is a certain hour, and no Muslim asks Allah the Exalted for anything during it except that Allah the Exalted will grant it to him. So, seek that hour in the last part of the afternoon (before the sun sets)."
In Surah Ghafir: 60, Allah says: "Call upon Me; I will respond to you."
